Managing Listings
The Auctions tab will show you all of your listings in many different views. You can see which items are waiting to be listed, what sold and didn't sell, and which listings failed and why. Most of the views will allow you to click a column header to sort by that column in either ascending or descending order. Each item will also be marked with an "e" or an "O" icon, representing eBay listings and Overstock listings respectively. Select the Auctions tab and you will be brought to the Created view.
Most of the views on this tab have bulk functionality. The bulk functions will allow you to schedule, relist, duplicate, or delete multiple items at a time. See the Bulk Functions help page for more infomation.
The All Auctions Button
This button will show you a list of all auctions that you have ever created, regardless of their status. This is a good view to use to search for particular items that you can't find in any of the other views.
The Created Button
The Created button will show you a list of all of your new and saved auctions. Auctions will be in one of three statuses on this page: New - the auction has been created, but does not have images or a description; Uploaded - the auction has images uploaded; and Saved - the auction has a saved description (and mostly likely has images).

Any auctions on this button have not been scheduled for listing yet, and can be edited at any time.
The "Upgrds" column will show one-letter abbreviations of any listing upgrades selected. You can click the AuctionID of the item to view it's details on the Listing tab.
The Scheduled Button
Listings that have been saved and set for listing will show up on the Scheduled button. The specific list time will be displayed next to each auction. Typically, only auctions that have been scheduled with a specific time or the Bulk List Hour will show up here, but occasionally list "When Submitted" items will show up if you view this page before they've had a chance to complete listing.
If any auctions need to be re-scheduled or removed from scheduled altogether, simply select the checkbox next to the appropriate auctions and click the "Cancel List" button.
The Listed Button
The Listed button shows you a list of all the items you currently have listed. This view defaults to sorting by the End Date, with the latest End Date first. Click on the EndDate column to reverse the sort, or click on any of the other columns to sort by that column. The entries in the ItemNo column contain links to that particular item on whichever market it was listed with.

The Failed Button
This view will show you any auctions that were set to list, but failed. Each item will have a failure message under it which should help you take corrective action before an attempt is made to list the item again. The error message itself comes directly from whatever market you attempted to list to.

The Sold Button
This view will show you all of the listings that have sold during the duration of your account. Each item will display any listing and final value fees. Additional listings can be duplicated and listed from this view.
The Unpaid Button
The Unpaid button displays a list of all listings that have ended that have not yet been recorded as a paid item.

Once an item has a payment recorded, it will no longer show up in this view. This button is good to help you keep up with which items you are still waiting to receive payment.
To enter a payment for a particular item, click the green $ icon next to a customer name. This will take you to the Payments tab where you can save the payment details (see the Payments section for more information). If that item is part of a consolidated invoice, the Payment screen will automatically display the other items in the invoice.
Clicking a customer name in the Customer field will bring you to the Customer tab and will display a complete history of transactions with that customer.
Click the View EOA link for a particular item to go to the EOA button on the Customers tab. From there you will be able to manually send out an End Of Auction (EOA) invoice and adjust payment values if necessary.
The Not Sold Button

The Not Sold button will show you a list of items that ended and did not sell. Items can be relisted from this view by selecting the checkboxes and clicking the Relist button. If an item is relisted from this view, an attempt will be made to use the relist functionality associated with listing market. If it qualifies, you may be eligible for listing fee credits. See the relist policies for the particular market for further details.
The Search Box

The search box can help you locate items. Select a Search By option from the dropdown list, enter the search parameters in the text box, and press the Search button. Some of the Search By options like Stock No. and Description will return partial matches. For example, a search for a Description of "camera" will return all items with the text "camera" in the title.
